Sales terms:
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT Leg. Decree 185/99

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sale within 10 working days from receiving the goods.
The right is exercised by sending a registered letter with signed receipt to the registered office of DALL'ORSO FORNITURE NAVALI, Via delle Macchine, 53 30175 Marghera -VE.
The notification may also be forwarded by telegram or fax as long as written confirmation is then forwarded by registered letter with signed receipt within the next 48 hours.
The registered letter must indicate: the order number, customer code (which is shown on the order confirmation that is sent via e-mail), the bank details that the reimbursement must be sent to. You will then receive an e-mail with the return authorisation number much must be clearly written on the outside of the pack that you return. All costs for returning the goods are the customer's responsibility, and the goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. All costs for returning goods that were ordered by mistake and for the shipment of replacement goods are the customer's responsibility.
In the event goods are shipped that were not ordered, they will be replaced by the supplier who will be responsible for all costs for collection and new shipment, with nothing due from the customer.
In caso d’errata spedizione di merce diversa da quella dell’ordine, i beni saranno sostituiti dal fornitore che si farà carico sia delle spese di restituzione sia di rinvio della merce, senza null’altro dovere.
The photos of the products are not binding, although the basic features of the products remain unchanged, there could be a difference in colour or graphics, according to the dimensions and decisions of the manufacturer.

Payment methods:
Goods can only be sold to adults.
Payment may be made by credit card, with the following cards allowed VISA - MASTERCARD - CARTASI, or by cash on delivery.
Once the bank has authorised the charge and we have confirmed the availability of the goods in our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment. Should the product be temporarily unavailable we will inform you by e-mail of the expected delivery time or alternatively our failure to proceed with the delivery for causes beyond our control.

- Credit Cards
Credit Card payment is one of the safest methods and you should not worry about having to "give" your card details in Internet. You do not input your personal credit card information into our site, but to a SAFE SERVER belonging to the bank that you are automatically linked to.
You will not be charged straight away, because we must confirm the product availability first. As soon as we receive the payment authorisation from the bank, we will check goods availability and then conclude the transaction, after which we will send you the goods.

- Cash on delivery
With this payment method, once you have completed the order just wait until you receive the postcard saying the parcel has arrived. Go to the indicated post office together with the postcard and pay the sum given to collect your parcel. If the goods are sent by courier, you will have to pay the courier when they are delivered.

Shipments:
There are different shipment methods for the goods, either PACCOCELERE 3 (the goods will be delivered after 5-6 working days at a very low cost, but large parcels cannot be sent with this method - only for shipment in Italy) or by EXPRESS COURIER (the goods will be delivered after 2-3 working days).
If you decide to pay cash on delivery, there is a surcharge for this (check the amount in the price tables), but this payment method cannot be used outside of Italy.
